Franchise Information
We are excited to announce a limited number of franchise opportunities exclusively
for Physician Assistants. Primary responsibilities include developing relationships
with individual PAs along with local PA societies and schools, developing relationships
and securing contracts with employers, and successfully recruiting candidates. Individual
franchises are designed to require only a part-time commitment. However, this can
easily expand to a full-time endeavor, if desired. Ultimately, the time commitment
and schedule will be determined by individual franchisees.
Franchisees are guaranteed exclusive rights to their territories which will typically
be one state. Priority will be given to PAs who reside in the state for which they
are applying and who can demonstrate knowledge of local PA utilization and practice
patterns. Health care recruiting experience is not required, but a thorough understanding
of the PA-physician partnership is. As this is the cornerstone of our success, candidates
with extensive and varied PA experience will be given additional consideration.
We will provide all necessary information and support, including our operations
manual and access to our proprietary web-based management system. We will also continue
to provide all national advertising.
Unlike most franchises, an upfront, out of pocket fee will not be required. Your
fees, however, will consist of a portion of the placement fees earned by placing
candidates with employers. This allows you to focus on developing your new business,
not worrying about financing it. Compare this to most franchises that require a
non-refundable upfront fee of tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars with no guarantee
of success.

you are most interested in and should briefly illustrate your knowledge of PA utilization
and practice patterns in that region. Please include your NCCPA certification number
